Humboldt County Warrant RecordsHumboldt County Warrant Records

Official warrant questions belong with the office that issued or holds the record. Union Township Justice Court handles local traffic, misdemeanor, and preliminary felony matters. The Sixth Judicial District Court and County Clerk handle district-stage records. HCSO handles sheriff service and dispatch, while detention handles booking and custody information. Humboldt County Warrant Records is not a government office and cannot confirm a warrant, accept payment, or arrange a surrender.

Use the case papers to choose the first contact. A traffic or Winnemucca citation generally routes to Union Township Justice Court. A criminal FTA or bench-warrant question belongs with the Union Criminal Division. A felony after bind-over may belong with the Sixth Judicial District Court or County Clerk. Where Public Records Begin

Nevada Public Records Act requests belong with the custodian that holds the record. Name the court or agency, identify the record type, give a date range and case or citation number, and request electronic delivery when available. Under NRS 239.0107, the governmental entity must respond by the end of the fifth business day with access, an estimate, a clarification request, or a legally supported denial.

Union Justice Court publishes a $1 per year records-search fee, $0.50 per page for copies, and $3 for a certificate. No Humboldt warrant-specific search fee or county sheriff warrant-request form was located. Juvenile and sealed material may remain restricted.
